My Love for sourdough started in 2017. It takes time and practice to make a good loaf of sourdough. But six years later I'm finally content. What started as a hobby with many errors along the way, is now one of my favorite past-times. I've learned that two ingredients in bread which don't get discussed enough are time and temperature.
